Thank you for contacting us.

At Lidl GB our priority remains the health and safety of our customers and colleagues. In line with government guidance our teams will not be asking for proof of exemption for face coverings and customers who state they are exempt will be allowed into our stores.

We have passed your valuable feedback to our Regional Manager to address internally with our colleagues in store.
