Terror respite in UK as the Russians hunt the Krypteia in Ukraine

In November of 2022 this site was reporting on the longest period without a terrorist attack on mainland Great Britain in the modern “Islamist” and “Far-right extremist” era. Remarkably, at the same time the October 30th incidence of arson at the Western Jet Foil migration centre at Dover had become classified over a number of days as a terrorist act so that, in fact, the “drought” had already ended.

In this site’s defence, however, anyone who wasn’t following what at first was treated as a simple criminal matter by police, and had all the appearance of being of minor local incident status wouldn’t have known differently.

The article being referred to (Proposal: No Terror In The UK Because The Krypteia Is Being Killed By The Russians) was published on November 8th and would have been at least a day in preparation before that – November 8th, of course, was also the date of the coroner’s enquiry in the Dover incident, by which time the authorities had decided that Andrew Leak, “whilst there are strong indications that mental health was likely a factor”, had primarily been motivated in his crime by “extremist ideology”, thus by their reckoning making it terror.

Crucially, the incident remained omitted until February 2023 from the Wikipedia page dedicated to the subject, with its ready-made, “authoritatively” compiled list of terrorist incidents in Great Britain which was being used for reference. Accordingly, it was therefore not noticed.

Be that as it may, the statement holds true that at the time of the publication of the article, the interval of time that had passed since the previous terror attack was the longest in the modern era. The only qualification to make is that the record was equalled rather than broken.

Moreover, it can be said that, at this moment in time, and as this article is published, we have seen the longest duration of time in which only one terror incident has occurred. Between the Liverpool Women’s Hospital bombing of 14 November, 2021 and now, there has been 18 full months of elapsed time. To put it another way, 18 months have passed either side of the Dover incident without any other terrorist incident in Great Britain. There hasn’t been this scarcity of terror since the Batley incident in 2016.

And as previously proposed,

the cause for it must be how the Russian Special Military Operation is drawing away the blood and treasure, to be wasted in Ukrainian fields, of the people who would otherwise perform the terror. These people at this site are collectively dubbed the Krypteia… and they were evidently similarly occupied in the long duration between the Woolwich and Batley incidents because of being drawn to Syria for the perpetration of the ISIS psychological operation.

In what is very much an ongoing theme, the Russians have appeared to blame London for acts of sabotage as acts of covert war since the earliest days of the Special Military Operation (SMO). Indeed, in April 2022 it was documented at this site that the Investigative Committee of Russia (sort of like the United States’ FBI) had been tasked with investigating the UK’s Special Air Service (SAS) in respects of this. As suggested, no definitive answers to the detailed questions are forthcoming (not any readily available in English, at least) – and this is perhaps only to be expected given the nature of the diplomatic realm in which this phenomenon mostly exists.

That being said, while never getting to the details, the Russians, in their publications and announcements,  don’t shy away from stating the fact of Western participation in this dimension. Lately, in its briefing for 30th May, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported the following:

During the day, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out group strikes using long-range precision air-based weapons against central decision-making points where terrorist attacks against Russian territory were being planned under the guidance of Western intelligence experts.

Furthermore, it became clear that the headquarters of Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) had suffered an attack perhaps in the early hours of Sunday 28th May and at the same time as reports of an “earthquake” occurring in Kiev started to circulate. The consensus says that the Ukrainian intelligence agency facility was hit by a “bunker busting” weapon. Subsequent photographs of the building showed blackening on external walls from a great heat, but it was still standing – supporting the notion that an underground component had been hit. Corroborating that an attack of a sensitive nature had indeed taken place was the information out of Kiev that the bridge connecting the facility (on its dedicated island) across a waterway was closed on 30th May, and had been two days previously.

Rumours in the usual suspect social media channels claimed that a group of NATO officers had been present during the attack on the Main Directorate of Intelligence, and had been evacuated ultimately to Berlin. It wouldn’t be the first time that this sort of report has surfaced from that part of the geopolitical expertise alternative media for whom spectacular stories are marketing devices. However, what can be said is that unlike other times, there is a convergence of corroborating data that serves as a platform upon which the notion of elimination of foreign military and military intelligence operatives becomes plausible.

Perhaps most remarkable of all is how Putin himself appeared to not only confirm the attack on the Main Directorate of Intelligence in Kiev, but also imply that it was aimed at Western leadership. It was on 30th May, while visiting the Zotov [exhibition] Centre, when the Russian president was asked to comment by  the Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Svetlana Chupsheva, about a drone attack in Moscow on a previous day. His response included the following:

Basically, the territory that is called Ukraine was virtually controlled from the very beginning by people who, being led by the West, took the path of not just confronting Russia, but creating an “anti-Russia” on that territory. They had to have consideration for the people who lived in the southeast of Ukraine…

Instead, they gradually turned to a different path: joining NATO, an organisation that is hostile to Russia and was created solely to fight the Soviet Union and Russia. And in 2008, without any external signs, without any military-political tension, they announced that they were joining NATO, they wanted to join NATO, and the Western countries – the alliance members – announced in Bucharest, I think, at the summit, that NATO’s doors were open to Ukraine.

In 2014, as you know, they carried out a coup d’état and simply began to destroy everyone who, one way or another, wanted to build normal relations with Russia. They also unleashed a war and military operations in Donbass. Then they deceived everyone to keep their guard down, declaring that they wanted to resolve the issue through peaceful means. Now they are openly admitting that they were deceiving us only in order to build up their military capability and unleash hostilities, including against Crimea…

Russia was forced to respond to the war the Ukrainian regime unleashed in Donbas. We all had to respond by launching the special military operation. We are striking at the territory of Ukraine, but with long-range precision weapons, at military infrastructure facilities only, either at ammunition or fuel and lubricants warehouses used for combat operations.

We have talked about the possibility of striking at decision-making centres. Of course, the headquarters of Ukrainian military intelligence is one of them, and a strike at this target was carried out two or three days ago. In response, the Kiev regime has chosen a different path – attempts to intimidate Russian citizens with strikes at residential buildings. This is an obvious terrorist approach…

Apparently, they are provoking us into responding in a like manner. We will have to consider how to approach this. Of course, Ukrainian citizens cannot speak out because of the total terror against civilians. Yet, they should know where the current leaders of Ukraine are pushing the country. Ukrainian citizens need to understand that there are other threats as well, for instance, attempts to disrupt the operation of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant or use “dirty” devices related to nuclear technology. We have talked about this more than once. We know what they have in mind.

Obviously, no matter what we say, they will always point fingers at Russia, although this is wrong. We did not unleash this war. Let me repeat that the Kiev regime unleashed it in 2014 in Donbas. Nor are we using the means that the Ukrainian ‘wheeler-dealers’ are resorting to. This attack on civilian buildings in Moscow is further evidence of this.

More of the quote is reproduced than is ideal, but the purpose is to have it resonate on the day that the Kakhovka dam has been destroyed to cause flooding in the Kherson region, and is being blamed on the Russians, but according to Sergei Shoigu (Russian Minister of Defence), was done by the anti-Russian axis to protect the weakening of its forces there due to the forced necessity to redeploy.

To summarise, what Putin is saying is that the leadership of Ukraine is accomplished by hostile foreign governments, and has been so since not long after the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Russia, therefore, in the committing of its SMO, is dealing with the militarisation and weaponisation of Ukraine at the hands of these foreigners. In response, the people of Russia – and the territory of Ukraine itself – must suffer the abuse of actual and attempted terror attacks which are aimed at causing diversion from the mission of demilitarisation by provoking a resort to less surgical warfare by which Russia will lose the moral high ground (important in the eyes of that part of the globe that is breaking away from City of London unipolarity).  It is implied in what Putin says, and has been on record as saying, that the way Russia sees that it can deal with foreign leadership is to attack it in “decision making centres” – and Putin explicitly refers to the Main Directorate of Intelligence as having been attacked according to that doctrine.

Making a conclusion from all the information under our scrutiny, taken altogether with the Russian MoD briefings, where it is specifically stated that “decision making centres” are places where the Ukrainians plot with guidance from Western intelligence experts – and because these particular foreigners are expert adversaries in the activity which is to be rooted out – it is likely that the Russians are looking to kill agents from the UK military and military intelligence where they can target them in Ukraine. Tellingly, the Russian MoD announced another “long-range air-based high-precision weapons attack” on a decision making centre today, on 6th June – meaning that the assault loosely coincided with the alleged visit of James Cleverly, London’s Foreign Secretary, to Kiev. Whether the Russians are prepared to kill the most senior and least anonymous of operatives is doubted by the author, even if they are suspected of being in town to oversee the execution of a grand act of terror (the Kakhovka dam†). Lesser beings without the gloss of being (nominally) functionaries of civilian bodies will not be able to count on Russian scruples – according to all the information discussed (we don’t have to guess about this).

It is with more confidence, therefore, that it can be supposed that it is not a matter of coincidence that there happens to be less acts of terror in Britain while at the same time the Russians are actively looking to kill UK military intelligence and military personnel in Ukraine.

Moreover, the Dover terror attack was so wholly suspicious as to be a transparent case of false flag terror – what with it being doubtful that Andrew Leak started any fires, and it appearing very likely that his dead body was delivered to the petrol station where it was supposed to have suffered a suicide – that one can only conclude that the SMO has had a tremendously degrading effect on the quality of the work of the Krypteia – which is the name given hereabouts to the men and apparatus of the culprit UK state as it goes about this particular domestic line of its criminal endeavours.

† An extract from the Statement by the [Russian] Permanent Representative V.A. Nebenzya at the meeting of the UN Security Council on the Kakhovskaya HPP (June 6, 2023) (emphasis added):

I want to emphasize that the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine openly declared its readiness to blow up this dam in order to obtain a military advantage last year. [Gives a direct quote from a Washington Post article, December 29, 2022 where a Ukrainian Major General explains that the possibility has been explored]…

We have warned the international community and the leadership of the UN about this threat. At the end of October 2022, we circulated as an official document of the UN Security Council a note from the Permanent Mission on the plans of the Kyiv regime to destroy the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station. We regret that our calls to the Secretary General to do everything possible to prevent this horrific crime were not properly heeded.

This time, the Kiev regime, feeling its complete impunity and with the encouragement of Western curators, decided to carry out its terrorist plan.

Convincing anyone that the Ukrainian conflict allegedly was the result of “unprovoked Russian aggression” is becoming increasingly difficult: today, only the United States and its closest allies are still trying to deny that Western patrons have long and purposefully prepared Ukraine for war with Russia after anti-constitutional Maidan coup, blasphemously ignoring the nine-year war of the Maidan authorities with their Russian-speaking residents in the east and south-east of the country, which claimed the lives of thousands of civilians, which was primarily called upon to stop the NWO of Russia in Ukraine.

We are already seeing a coordinated information, or rather disinformation, campaign, we hear statements coming from the West and, of course, from Kiev, and we will certainly hear today in this hall that Russia has blown up the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric dam. These statements are in the spirit of the flawed logic that ascribes to us the self-shelling of the Zaporizhzhya NPP or the undermining of the Nord Stream. From such “conclusions” breathes schizophrenia, maybe not even latent.

The deliberate sabotage undertaken by Kiev against a critical infrastructure facility is of an extremely dangerous nature and, in its essence, can be classified as war crimes or terrorist attacks. Attacks on facilities containing dangerous forces are expressly prohibited by international humanitarian law, with dams specifically mentioned in Article 56 of the First Additional Protocol to the 1977 Geneva Conventions…

At the same time, the Kyiv authorities significantly increased the discharge of water from the Dnepropetrovsk hydroelectric power station. This leads to even greater flooding of the territories, which indicates that this sabotage was planned in advance in order to cause the most severe consequences for the population of the region.

We proceed from the premise that the criminal Kiev regime and Western patrons stubbornly pumping it with weapons bear full responsibility for the unfolding tragedy.

This act can be seen as a continuation of the systemic tactics of the Kiev regime since 2014, which consists in delivering strikes on purely civilian targets with the sole purpose of intimidating the civilian population. This is expressly prohibited by article 51 of the same additional protocol.

The use of terrorist methods has already become the official tactic of the Kiev regime, which openly flaunts this…

The Kiev regime has good teachers, including the blown up Nord Stream and targeted attacks on the al-Tabqa dam in Syria. The West is accustomed to doing the dirty work with someone else’s hands. But in this case, hiding behind the incompetent Kiev regime will not work. We understand perfectly well who actually plans, prepares and authorizes sabotage of this magnitude.

Incidentally, contrary to the consensus formed by the limited hangout work of Seymour Hersh, the Russians accused London of blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines.

  1. Klaus Knob says:

The fabricated terror events, were mainly tied into the “Isis” narrative, and this narrative to do with Syria has passed. Hence probably the reduction in fabricated terror.
The coronascam also saw the “terrorists” retiring!
The Andrew Leak thing was likely another total scam, but framed up as a “right wing extremist”” type thing. Divide and rule.
